Shipping & Delivery

At Sircable, every item is made to order just for you. Please note that our delivery times are a combination of production time and shipping time.

Production Time Once your order is placed, it takes our fulfillment partners 2 to 5 business days to print, package, and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping Times & Rates After production is complete, your order will be shipped. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Standard US Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier issues.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Sircable is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, please reach out to us at order@sircable.com or contact@sircable.com so we can assist you.
